5. Restaurant Partners

5.1 Subscription Plans

Restaurant partners may subscribe to various plans with different features. Subscription terms include:

  • Monthly or annual billing cycles
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • Feature access based on selected plan
  • Usage limits as specified in the plan

5.2 Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurant partners agree to:

  • Maintain accurate menu and pricing information
  • Fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Comply with food safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain valid business licenses and permits

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Software, code, and algorithms
  • Logos, trademarks, and branding
  • Text, graphics, and user interface
  • Documentation and training materials

is owned by Dinepe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfering with platform operations
  • Scraping or harvesting data without permission
  • Using the platform for spam or malicious purposes
  • Reverse engineering or copying the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the platform "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
